The 5 Tibetan Rites

The Rites are said to be a form of Tibetan yoga similar to the yoga series that originated in India. It is made up of 5 simple postures that are repeated up to 21 times. Seems like a lot, but you work up to it gradually. They are also known as the Five Rites of Rejuvenation.
Like Indian yoga, the benefits are huge. Increased energy, stress reduction, clarity of thought, increased strength and flexibility, overall improvement in health and wellness.
So why practice the Rites? A lot of people feel they don’t have time for a full practice. This will take approximately 20 minutes and can be done everyday.
