Have you wanted to try a yoga class but felt a bit intimidated? You’re not sure what to expect. This little introduction will give you all the information you need so you can walk into any yoga practice and feel comfortable.
We’ll discuss everything from what to wear, studio etiquette, different types of yoga, how to make your practice work for you………..We will also practice a number of common postures. There will be a question time in case there was something that wasn’t discussed.
