Yogarise will be hosting a Kirtan, led by Isabelle Addison.  Kirtan is a simple, powerful call and response style of singing, which makes it accessible for everyone - no prior experience required. Singing together as a group creates a vibratory container that draws everybody in and lifts everyone up. The waves of collective sound are energizing, invigorating and soothing. Accompanied by live percussion with Kevin Parkinson, this is a family friendly, community building event for one and all.
