Registered Yoga Teacher
Yoga found its way into my life back in 2010 when I was in a very dark place mentally. I originally attended my first class for a physical practice and not really knowing much about Yoga. It wasn't until late 2013 that yoga became more of a regular routine for me and it was then that I learnt what it was doing for me mentally.
Over time I could see and feel all the ways Yoga has changed my life on and off the mat. In 2018 I decided to take my Yoga practice one step further by taking my 200hour training. Since then I have taken many other trainings that have helped guide me into my teaching style.
All my life I have worked with kids. With 15 years of running a dayhome and 10 years being an educational assistant with young kids, it was only natural that I took a kids yoga training and fell in love. Today my true passion is teaching kids yoga in a fun calming way.
