Adjustments & Assists

Are you a yoga teacher or dedicated student looking to expand your knowledge of and ability to give intentional adjustments and assists to your students? Perhaps you have experienced adjustments that have provided meaningful safety or realignment cues, growing your interoceptive body cognition, or you have only dabbled in adjustments and just aren't sure where to begin.

In this full-day workshop, Krista and Isabelle will provide principles of adjustments to help understand when and where their application is useful, and what to consider before ever laying hands on. You will also have an opportunity to move through a gamut of poses, learning and applying hands on adjustments in each one to grow familiar and accustomed to hand placement, student and teacher communication, safety considerations, and more.
