I'm a mom to two sweet kiddos, wife to a carpenter from Brazil, perma-sipper of homemade chai and nature lover who lives from the heart and has quirky entrepreneurial tendencies.

I’ve spent over 15 years teaching yoga, managing studios, and transforming bold ideas into thriving realities. In 2022, I followed my heart and soul’s path to open Yogarise, a space that quickly became a “home away from home” for many, rooted in community, connection, and authenticity. My journey has always been about stepping out of my comfort zone to pursue what truly lights me up—and helping others do the same.
