We are all naturally rhythmical creatures, from our heartbeats to day-to-day activities like walking, chewing, and clapping our hands. There is no simpler instrument to learn.

Close your eyes and feel the rhythm of the drum in your body. A guided imagery meditation that incorporates percussion and rhythm will be part of the experience. Come discover the energy of the drum circle!

A variety of drums and percussion instruments will be provided. Please leave any jewelry (rings, and bracelets) at home as this is a hands-on event.
