ELEVATE is a two-day transformational experience for women who feel they were meant for more.

This event is for the woman who knows there is something within ready to rise. You may be craving more clarity, more purpose, more flexibility, more meaningful connection, or a healthier relationship with abundance. You may already have a beautiful life, a full life, or a successful life, and yet still feel a pull toward the next version of yourself.

Over two powerful days, you will be guided through vision work, identity activation, aligned reflection, intentional planning, and meaningful connection with other women who are also ready to grow.

This is a space to pause, reconnect with what matters, and get clear on the life you are creating next.

You will clarify your direction, uncover what is ready to shift, connect with like-minded women, and leave with a grounded path forward that supports who you are becoming.

Meet Your Facilitator
Krista Daneluz Vieira is a transformational life coach, yoga teacher, registered massage therapist, speaker, and founder of The Elevation Method and Yogarise Wellness.
​
For nearly two decades, Krista has supported women in creating meaningful change through the connection of mindset, embodiment, emotional awareness, aligned action, and personal growth. Her work helps women clarify what they truly want, shift the beliefs and patterns that keep them feeling stuck, and begin living with more purpose, confidence, abundance, and inner freedom.

Through her coaching programs, live events, retreats, and wellness community, Krista guides women back into deeper trust with themselves and helps them create lives that feel expansive, aligned, and deeply fulfilling.
