Heart + Soul Retreat
This retreat is an invitation to come back to your center and back to your heart. Through connection, yoga and meditation, and immersion in nature, you will be invited back into the ease of your own innate peace: to ground, remember, revitalize and return to what you are in your heart of hearts, to your purpose and and to your inner tranquility.
Nestled in the mountains amongst trails, bodies of water and soul-reflecting natural landscape, the Lady Macdonald Country Inn is a hidden gem within the gorgeous town of Canmore, Alberta. Complete with a picturesque yoga studio with floor-to ceiling windows facing the mountains, a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge plus rooftop hot tub, this retreat center holds the perfect space to immerse within yourself, the mountains and rich community. Each room is unique, with it's own bathroom, unique mountain views and spacious suites (some shared rooming options available).
Nourishing breakfasts will be catered on site, with dinners out at incredible local restaurants. With daily yoga and meditation, introspective deep dives, adventure excursions in nature, an abundance of time to relax and enjoy Canmore, this heart-centering experience combines introspection, community, and the deepening of your inner well-being. This will be a retreat like no other.
This retreat offers a dedicated yoga space, private accommodations, and numerous experiences to create expansion, inner reflection and cohesiveness with all present. We have single rooms and shared suites available. Shared suites must be booked by you and those you will be sharing with at the same time to hold your booking.
Investment is in Canadian dollars and does not include GST. A $1000 deposit is required to hold your room. Please read our Early Bird Rate and Cancellation Policy info below prior to booking

A cozy retreat, this room faces the green strip. A more classic Inn styled room. Featuring a queen size brass bed, full private bathroom, heated floors, and an electric fireplace.

Look out onto the majesty of the Mt. Rundle range from the alcove of your dormer window. This spacious room features a queen bed and is a cozy suite ideal for couples. It comes complete with a full private bathroom, heated floors, and a gas fireplace.

Heart Mountain
Shared accommodation - $2,900
The Heart Mountain suite is a luxurious retreat. It features a room with a king-sized bed, another room with 2 single beds, a beautiful living room, and a bathroom equipped with a steam shower and a smart toilet.
The room is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.
Early Bird Rate
Early bird rates are currently listed and qualify if the room is paid in full by June 1st, 2024.
After June 1st, the room rates increase by $400 each.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of payment if payment is made prior to May 1st. After 14 days, the deposit is no longer refundable as a lot of our expenses have to be paid for in advance.
Cancellations 90 days before the retreat will be refunded minus the deposit.
Cancellations 60 days before the retreat will be refunded 50% minus the deposit.
Cancellations less than 60 days before the retreat will not receive a refund however you can sell your spot to someone else.
