Elevate Your Heart Retreat

This retreat is an invitation to come back to your center and back to your heart. Through connection, yoga and meditation, and immersion in nature, you will be invited back into the ease of your own innate peace: to ground, remember, revitalize and return to what you are in your heart of hearts, to your purpose and and to your inner tranquility. 

 

Nestled in the mountains amongst trails, bodies of water and soul-reflecting natural landscape, NortHaven retreat center is a hidden gem on this side of the Rockies. Complete with it's own stunning yoga studio, with floor to ceiling windows looking out on the wilderness, individual rooms (each with their own bathroom), Alethea's & Krista's kaleidescopic wholistic cooking plus two out-of-this world dinners at acclaimed local restaurants with exotic mountain views, this will be a retreat like no other. 

 

Including daily yoga and meditation classes, introspective deep dives, crystal bowl experience, nature hike and a visit to the Miette hotsprings, this heart-centering experience combines introspection, community, and the deepening of your inner well-being.

 

This retreat offers a dedicated yoga space, private accommodations, and numerous experiences to create expansion, inner reflection and cohesiveness with all present. As before, all meals, experiences and accommodations are included.
