Therapeutic Massage

Massage therapy is a professional therapeutic treatment that works with the soft tissues of the body (muscles, tendons, ligaments, connective tissue and skin) to help alleviate chronic conditions and reduce dis-ease in the body.


We offer specific treatments including therapeutic (deep tissue), sports massage, Swedish relaxation and prenatal, and cater each treatment to your needs. 

Massage can be effective at treating soft tissue injuries (sprains/strains), headaches, chronic pain and hypertension. It can also help reduce stress, improve circulation, lessen anxiety and depression, and improve immune function.


All our treatments are client-focused and we work with you to build treatment and maintenance programs that support you in establishing and sustaining your health and well-being.

Krista is an exemplary therapist who treats every client therapeutically and intuitively. Coming from years of teaching yoga and training teachers, her interest in anatomy and functional movement evolved into working to address chronic conditions, range of motion issues, hypertension and more through massage therapy. She loves working with people who are committed to improving their well-being. When Krista is not teaching yoga or practicing massage therapy, you can find her in the garden, spending time with her husband, two kids and friends, scribbling thoughts into dog-eared notebooks, crocheting or walking in Chikakoo!

Kristen is an exceptional massage therapist who is passionate about helping people achieve  and maintain their overall mind, body and wellness goals. She is in her second year at MaKami College and as a yoga teacher, moving into massage therapy was a natural progression in her career. She loves working with each client to build customized treatment plans and provide effective treatments. When she is not teaching yoga or offering massage therapy, you can find her gardening, skiing, paddle boarding, tea-drinking, spending time with friends and family, and camping!
