Hello, I’m Dana! I am first responder and yoga teacher. I began practicing yoga 18 years ago, but was not consistent- at all! Finally a few years ago I came back to yoga with consistency and grace for myself. I love the way yoga regulates and calms my nervous system in stressful times. This is why I love guiding practitioners to gain skills and tools, to live more grounded, balanced, and fulfilled lives. I teach inclusive classes for any-body! Traditional types of yoga are my favourite, especially Hatha! You can expect meditation, breath work, mindfulness, and to be met warmly where ever you are on your journey.
