In this 20 hour immersion, you will deepen your yoga practice by taking your yoga off the mat and into your day-to-day experience. Through an enjoyable discovery using dialogue, experiential exercise, meditation and discussion you will bring in a new level of peace and understanding to invigorate your life and relationships. The benefits of this immersion may include but are not limited to: stress relief, improved quality of sleep, strengthened immune system, bigger smiles, increased depth and quality of relationships, and greater levels of health in your body and mind. We will not be doing yoga postures in this class.

-Eight limbs of yoga and their benefits

-The four paths of yoga and their benefits

-Yogic philosophy

-Meditation

-The causes of suffering and how to transform it in your life

-How to deepen the knowledge of Self
